The Executive Certificate in Lean Six Sigma course equips learners with essential Lean Six Sigma methods and tools, focusing on their application within an organization and the challenges managers may encounter.
Course Information
The Executive Certificate in Lean Six Sigma is designed and developed for learners to acquire specialized knowledge of lean six sigma in an organization.
The course comprises two modules: the Digital Module and the Project Module. Learners must successfully complete both modules to be awarded the Executive Certificate in Lean Six Sigma.
Digital Module
Learners must complete FIVE sections covering key topics in Lean Six Sigma. At the end of the course, they will take an online examination. Learners who achieve a minimum score of 80% will be awarded a Certificate of Competency in Lean Six Sigma.

Learners are to complete individual project.
